CLASSES
Beginner 1
Our Fundamentals class is the first step to your pole journey. Students will be introduced to beginner spinning and static pole moves with an emphasis on developing upper body strength and flexibility. Throughout the 10 weeks, you will master a meticulously choreographed routine. Appropriate Attire: Shorts or hotpants with a T-Shirt/ Crop Top and barefoot.
Beginner 2
By now you have learnt the basics of pole and will learn how to invert, work on various sits, handstands and spins pre-requisites: To participate in this class you must have completed the fundamentals level and can comfortably complete the following tricks
- Spinning climb + sit 
- Seated V 
- Jamila tuck 
- Cupcake 
- Backwards stag 
Intermediate 1
You will build on the base skills learnt in the beginner levels by offering more challenging moves to increase your strength, technique and endurance. We will work on combining moves while also learning a fun choreographed routine.

Intermediate 2
You will review all the moves and tricks you have learnt so far while working on transitions and technique. We work on combining moves together while learning a fun choreographed routine.

iNTERMEDIATE 3
The emphasis in this class lies on building strength and maintaining balance on the pole to execute combinations and tricks effectively. You'll delve into mastering more complicated moves while learning a fun and challenging routine

Advanced 1

Advanced 2
These classes cater to students aiming to advance to the pinnacle of Pole Skills. They feature rigorous warm-ups, a demanding pole dance session, and skill development. Advanced level 2 offers an intense, fast-paced choreographed routine, meticulously taught over 10 weeks.
